Downtown On Ice has refreshed the beloved Scranton Ice Festival, a community favorite in 2021 and 2022. Downtown On Ice features a winter wonderland full of family-friendly fun and ice-tastic delights, including unique ice carving displays, winter wonderland activities on Courthouse Square, live music, selfie stations, and delectable eats and drinks at downtown establishments.

Get ready to chill and thrill at this icy oasis in Downtown Scranton, presented by Scranton Tomorrow! Scranton Tomorrow is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in Scranton, PA. They work closely with local businesses, government, and residents to revitalize Downtown Scranton through various initiatives and events, aiming to create a vibrant and sustainable city for the future.
